About Me
Hi, I'm Share (she/her), the reader behind Amethyst Insight.
My mother has always told me I have a way of seeing people. For as long as I can remember , I was known as a little observer; laughing at jokes I shouldn't have understood, social referencing my mother long after the standard 18 month cutoff. She said she could always feel me watching, taking things in, reading people's emotions, experiences, and needs.
My path has led me to psychology, spiritual exploration, neuroscience, Human Design, ecology, and so much more. Systems like tarot, Lenormand, oracle, astrology, and Human Design all offer different lenses for reflection and self-understanding.
Outside of cartomancy, I work in the mental health field, and that experience has deeply influenced how I approach this practice. I value curiosity, consent, and compassion, and I believe some of the most meaningful conversations begin when we feel genuinely heard and seen.
I created Amethyst Insight because I wanted to offer the kind of spiritual space I had been searching for myself—one rooted in care. It's deeply important to me that I can be a resource of reflection rather than certainty as well as collaboration rather than hierarchy.
One of my biggest struggles has been learning to trust myself. It hasn't come easy for me, and I know I'm not alone in this. I hope to be an empowering example of stepping into your gifts and trusting your inner wisdom.
My hope is that every reading feels like sitting down with a friend rather than someone telling you who you are. Especially with any Human Design insights I may provide: we are more than our charts. Individual sovereignty is integral, and I am not here to claim that I have knowledge you cannot access yourself. I don't believe the goal of a reading from someone else is to replace your intuition. Instead, I see it as curiosity to an outside perspective and a chance for biases to be challenged with compassion.
Background
Education
I hold a BA in Human Services with Minors in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Studies.
Self-Study
I've been doing Cartomancy since 2019, when my spiritual studies officially began. While I am well versed and good at what I do, I am not a perfect expert either. Tarot, like many other spiritual concepts and practices, is a life-ling endeavor and will continue to be a point of learning and growth for me.
Human Design
I entered my Human Design experiment back in 2020 when I learned I was a Projector. If you know about Human Design, I believe in chart transparency when it comes to receiving readings. My channels are at the heart of the the of services I provide, and the way I see others.
