* Our website is hosted on a third‑party platform, which has its own privacy practices. A second third-party platform is utilized for video call bookings, and a third for the curation of Digital Reports PDFs. Lastly, a third party is utilized for payments of bookings. More on these will be detailed below.
Information I Collect
To provide online Cartomancy readings, Digital Reports, and communicate with clients, I collect:

* Email Address
* Preferred pronouns (optional)
* Age (to verify that clients are 18 years of age or older)
For Human Design related insights and/or readings I collect:
* We optionally collect birth details (date, time, and location)
This information is not shared with anyone outside Amethyst Insight (including other clients) nor sold to outside companies. By booking, you consent to our use of this data.
How Your Information is Used

* Schedule and provide your reading or consultation
* Communicate with you regarding your booking
* Create Human Design charts when requested
* Maintain records related to your services
* To verify age of consent to readings
Digital reports are securely stored only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. Your personal information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Social Media
Your name and information will never be shared in promotional videos nor website testimonies. If you choose to leave or share a review, you have the option to show your name or not, but are never required to.
Confidentiality
I believe that the stories people share during a reading deserve to be treated with care. While I am not a healthcare provider and this practice is not governed by HIPAA, I personally approach client confidentiality with the same respect and discretion I would hope to receive myself. You will never see an identifying post about your intake information and I do not share your personal stories, reading details, or identifying information without your explicit permission and consent unless required by law.
Third-Party Services
This website is hosted through Wix, and bookings are managed through tools provided by the Wix website platform. Additionally, Wix is associated with AI tools on their free user platform. AI was not used to render any photos on this website, and was not utilized to create any of the services. AI was not utilized in the curation of any personal statements on this website nor to write descriptions of services provided.
Payments may be processed through trusted third-party providers. These services maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.
Digital reports are created using third-party document software (such as Google Docs or Microsoft Word) for formatting and delivery. These providers maintain their own privacy policies. I do not use generative AI to write, interpret, or create client readings or reports.
I encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services used through this website.
Data Retention
I retain client information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve questions related to past bookings.
Your Rights
You may request to:
* Access the personal information I have about you.
* Correct inaccurate information.
* Request a Digital Report is no longer stored
* Request deletion of your personal information, unless I am legally required to retain certain records.
